I finally did it! AGAIN!

I am blogging people!

If you’re new to… well me, then you have no idea what I’m talking about!

But if you’ve been following me for a while then you’ll know this is like my 4000th attempt at blogging!

This is my 5th attempt if I’m being precise.

And I know, some people would say I should perhaps give it up because it’s clearly not for me. But that’s where I Say you’re WRONG!

RULE NUMBER ONE: Just Keep Going! 

Blogging clearly is for me (and perhaps you!) because somehow, someway I find myself here; tapping away on my laptop hoping to reach anyone with the aim of being that source of encouragement needed for that day!

If you find that you keep returning to the very thing you failed at several times before, I believe there’s a reason. And by reason, I mean purpose. You were never supposed to give up. You were supposed to keep going until you found your groove. Or mastered your craft. But how can you master what you’ve already quit? 

RULE NUMBER TWO: Refer Back to Rule Number One! 

Let’s be real, in society today, we can’t get enough of the so called “overnight” successes. Be honest, that’s why you clicked on this post. You wanted to see if I had discovered some type of secret formula that would turn your dreams into reality! 

Sorry to burst your bubble but there is no instantaneous secret.

But you know what there is…

RULE NUMBER THREE: Consistency! 

If there was a secret formula, it’s wrapped up in this. Consistency. Consistency when it feels great and consistency when it doesn’t. Because what we see as an overnight success is usually the sum total of countless false starts, mess ups and break downs!

Yes, we see only a fragment of someone’s reality and have the cheek to believe it was an overnight success!

Let’s STOP doing that!

Because the chances of hitting BIG on the first try are slim. I didn’t say impossible, I just said slim. The BIG time happens OVER time.

Whether its the fifth time of 500th time, the key is to not quit and keep trying. With each attempt (hopefully) learning something new to aid you on your way to the big time.

So here’s me saying I’m on my way to the BIG time by trying again.

My hope is that you’ll not only join me on this journey but start your own (again) towards becoming an overnight success in your field too. xxx
